Terms of Service
Last updated 20 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Ouleo (Lithuania, European Union; “Ouleo”, “we”) for the use of the Ouleo website and app at ouleo.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Ouleo is a garden planning tool: a task calendar, plot plan, journal, catalogs of plants, tasks, products and tools, weather alerts and suggestions based on your location, and — on paid plans — an AI garden advisor. Features differ by plan as shown on the pricing page. We improve the Service continuously and may change or remove features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.
2. Your account
You need an account to save your garden. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if higher. One person may hold several gardens within their plan's limits and invite members to a shared garden where the plan allows it.
3. Plans, trial and payment
- The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page.
- New accounts get 14 days of the Standard plan without a payment card. At the end of the trial the account returns to Free unless you subscribe.
- Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Prices include GST, VAT or sales tax where it applies. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, which applies from your next renewal.
- Refunds: see the refund policy — 14 days, no questions asked.
4. Going over a plan's limits
If you move to a plan with lower limits, nothing is deleted. Data above the new limits stays visible and can be exported, but you cannot add more of that kind until you are back under the limit or choose a larger plan.
5. Your content
Your garden data, notes and photos remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run the Service for you and the people you share a garden with. You can export your data and delete your account at any time; see the privacy policy. Do not upload content you have no right to share, or anything unlawful.
6. Advice, weather and chemicals
Suggestions, sowing windows, frost dates, weather alerts and AI advisor answers are general guidance computed from forecasts, long-term climate data and catalog information. Weather forecasts can be wrong and local conditions vary; use your own judgement. Always read and follow the label of any garden chemical and the rules where you live — product registrations and permitted uses differ between countries (for example, APVMA in Australia, EPA in the United States). The AI advisor can make mistakes; it never acts on your garden by itself — only you add tasks to your calendar.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other people's data, to scrape it at scale, or to resell it. We may suspend an account that does so, after notice where reasonable.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, with regular backups, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example, lost crops) and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded — including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. If we ever close the Service, we will give at least 60 days' notice, let you export your data, and refund any prepaid period that remains.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there. Please contact us first — most problems are solved by email.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply. Contact: support@ouleo.com.
