Prices include GST / VAT where it applies. Every new account gets 14 days of Standard without a card; after that you choose Free or Standard. Cancel any time — your data stays, you just can't add more than the Free plan allows.

Questions
- Do I need a card for the trial?
- No. Every new account gets 14 days of Standard. When the trial ends you choose Standard or stay on Free — nothing is charged unless you subscribe.
- What happens if I cancel or go back to Free?
- Your garden, tasks, journal and photos stay. Anything above the Free limits becomes read-only until you remove some or subscribe again.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — within 14 days of a first payment or an annual renewal, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
- Who handles payments and tax?
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, collects GST / VAT / sales tax where it applies and provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Questions about Ouleo itself go to support@ouleo.com.
- Which currency will I pay in?
- Australian dollars in Australia, euros in the euro area and US dollars elsewhere. The price you see includes tax.
